Help keep our Church strong by choosing one or more ways to support the College:

Donate online
Credit card contributions made online are the most convenient way of giving and are completely safe.

Payments are processed by Virtual Card Services, a certified 'Verified by Visa' and 'Securecode' facility, which protects information during transmission by 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption software.

Donate through Internet Banking
Another convenient way of supporting the College is to add our details to your list of beneficiaries and make direct deposits from time to time. Our banking details are:

Standard Bank
Account name: The College of the Transfiguration
Account no. 088816931-001
Branch code: 050917

Please use your surname as the beneficiary reference, along with the appropriate code if the gift is for a specific purpose, eg a bursary, which you will find at the end of the relevant section.

Sponsor a Bursary
Sometimes the most gifted, good and visionary men and women are unable to follow their hearts into the priesthood owing to lack of funds.

Your contribution could give them the opportunity! The annual cost of sponsoring a student at COTT ranges from ZAR 22 000 upwards, depending on the type of bursary. Co-sponsorships are welcome. We also offer Post Graduate Bursaries to allow students to pursue Honours and Masters degrees.

For information on specific bursaries, please click here.

Contribute to the College Endowment Fund
The long term future of the College is assured through this fund, which provides the necessary income to cover maintenance and running costs.

Contributions to the fund enable us to plan for sustainable future development and helps keep our fees low. This ensures that more students are able to access our broad based residential theological education with its focus on ministering to the needs of Africa.

Our goal is to set aside R10 million for the fund, by linking to Theological Education Sunday.

Gifts in Kind
The College welcomes gifts of computer and other technical equipment, building materials, sports equipment, desks and furniture. If you would like to make a gift in kind, please contact us to discuss our current needs.

Volunteer
Whilst most of our volunteers are visiting lecturers, we welcome anyone who has skills that will build our capacity to provide quality theological education. Whether you are a librarian or a builder, talk to us about how you could help us in our mission to form, inform and transform ministers for Southern Africa.

Make a regular contribution by debit order
Even small amounts add up when made regularly each month. If you are interested in supporting the College in this way, please click here for a debit order form, which should be completed and returned to us. Thank you!

Consider leaving a legacy in your Will
Leaving a gift in your Will towards the training of new clergy could influence the lives of hundreds of people in the future – and keep alive for years, even generations, your ideals, your beliefs and your Christian love.

Don't have a Will? Click here for help. If you already have Will and would like to add a bequest to the College of the Transfiguration, click here for a codicil form.
